Dieses Motto gilt hier im Wirtshaus in der Au schon lange für all unsere Produkte und aus dieser Einstellung heraus gründeten wir 2018 PUR BAYERN.

PUR BAYERN steht für einen respektvollen Umgang mit Land, Leuten und Rohstoffen, sowie die Liebe zu bester Qualität.

Wir kennen alle Produzenten und Manufakturen persönlich. Die Leidenschaft für gesundes Leben mit Genuss verbindet uns mit ihnen.

Gemeinsam ist uns der Entstehungsprozess aller Produkte wichtig – natürlich, nachhaltig, schonend, ohne artfremde Zusatzstoffe.

Ihr findet bei uns nicht nur unsere eigenen Au-Produkte wie Biokracherl, Kaffee, Wadlbeißer oder Bavarese Spirituosen, sondern auch einige andere, einzigartige Erzeugnisse von unseren langjährigen Partnern.

This motto has long applied to every product we serve here at Wirtshaus in der Au, and it was out of this conviction that we founded PUR BAYERN in 2018.

PUR BAYERN stands for a respectful approach to the land, the people and the raw materials – and a deep love for the finest quality.

We know all of our producers and small manufacturers personally. What unites us is a shared passion for a healthy life enjoyed to the full.

We all care deeply about how every product is made – naturally, sustainably, gently, and without any unnatural additives.

Here you’ll find not only our own Au products such as Biokracherl, coffee, Wadlbeißer or Bavarese spirits, but also a curated selection of unique creations from our long-standing partners.

We all spent a long time tinkering, tasting and refining until we could finally say: THIS IS PUR BAYERN!
