Great-great-great-grandfather Johann Baptist Schraml began distilling in a basket still over 200 years ago. Since 1818, alcohol has been produced there from grains, fruits, herbs, and other raw materials. It is mashed, macerated, distilled, and blended—simply delightful craftsmanship!
