We and our Oktoberfest tent, the Münchner Knödelei, have been certified organic since 2009 and our love of Bavaria is practiced every day in many areas. We believe that the simple, authentic things – as so often in life – are the best! Together with some innovative partners, we have therefore developed many „heart-made“ products that have become an integral part of the Au: Our Auer Kraftbier, various Bio-Kracherl, sparkling sugar-free Bio lemonades, our Marillensecco, a fruity Secco with a twist, or the Wadlbeißer, a Bavarian, natural power drink from the depths of the Watzmann. And that’s not all!
In 2019, we fulfilled a long-held dream: PUR BAYERN – our own regional store for high-quality but down-to-earth Bavarian products! PUR BAYERN for us begins with the selection of suppliers and ends with professional processing and finishing. And the product always plays the biggest role!
On the way to these high-quality products, we have met so many unique producers, artists and manufacturers who are worthy of more attention. We would like to support all these people and products with PUR BAYERN and want to give them a presence and a sympathetic platform. In the future, we will work more closely with small workshops and continue to discover unique products, develop them together with great passion and make them accessible to everyone.
It is clear to us that the time has come to focus on true values, on naturalness and quality – just PUR BAYERN !
